  2. It is clear to see that you have a wide range of experiences that enhance your leadership ability. The trainings you have listed indicate that you are familiar with the process of implementing new programs in schools. Understanding the dynamics of the change process in schools is critical to the success of new programs. My only suggestion would be to agree with your statement that you need to add your honors and awards. If you don't brag on yourself, no one else will. :)

  4. Rachel, thank you for pointing out the areas that I need to refine my vita. I truly appreciate that. I am definitely going to borrow some of your poignant verbs you have used. :) Love them! You definitely have some great strengths and see how you will be able to be an outstanding central office leader and future superintendent. BTW I hope you can now add me to your list of bloggers.
